Fan-less Self-Automatic heat release “AZTEC Cooling system”

 

This is our originally developed technology patented not only in Japan but also in USA, Europe, and major Asian countries.

 

This technology made us possible, the world’s first, successfully achieving the stable cooling of the heat on the back of LED elements, which is created by 70% of the power consumption.

 

US patent

It is said that only about 30% of the power is converted into light energy in LED elements, and the remaining 70% is converted into heat. Various conventional cooling methods could not keep up and heat builds up inside the lighting device, resulting in high temperatures in a short period of time and causing various problems.

About Conventional Cooling Methods

Generally, the “heat storage method” of transferring heat to metal is the most common method of LED lighting, but the metal makes the lighting heavy and the cooling itself is dependent on the surrounding air, which can reach a high temperature of over 80°C in 30 minutes to 1 hour, causing a number of problems in the field. 

Although there are optional cooling parts such as “air cooling” using cooling fans or “fluid cooling” using water tubes like PC cooling, in reality, the cooling capability is still not keeping up with the cooling demand.
