Features of Aztec Superlight
LED floodlights generally reach a high temperature of over 80°C in about an hour after turned on, but our originally developed, internationally patented technology has made it possible for the first in the world to achieve stable cooling.
The most common cause of failure of LED floodlights is damage or trouble to electronic components and chips due to high temperatures, but Astec’s cooling system does not allow the LEDs to reach high temperatures, so there is almost no cause for failure, and long life is one of the important cost-saving factors.
In addition to solving the high temperature issue, we maximize the light from the LED light source with our optical technology and original know-how that we have cultivated through the development of special high-luminance LED devices for industrial use.
Generally, the LED elements of the light source are exposed to high temperatures, resulting in a significant reduction of illuminance and darkening of floodlight, but the illuminance of Aztec Superlight stay constant due to the stable cooling of the Aztec cooling system.
The overwhelming majority of LED light sources for LED floodlights distributed around the world are low-cost products that lay down old-type granular LED elements, then recently some using COB-type LED elements but are still Multi light source.
Aztec is a single light source that uses the latest model of large COB-type LED element in our original developed jointly with our partner manufacturer and Single light source, so the light as sunlike.

The smallest Aztec 80w has the brightness equivalent to approx. 4 mercury lamps and weighs less than 5 kg including the power supply unit, making it compact enough to be carried around.
